Parapets
Early weathering or moisture build up on parapets.

Seal parapets with fibre reinforced
Waterproof

HydroFlex
before application of topcoat to prevent early weathering.
Remedy
High pressure wash to remove loose and flaking paint.
Do not paint over surfaces with moisture content above 15% measured with an ultrasonic meter or over 5% with a pin-type meter.
Seal parapets with fibre reinforced
Waterproof
or
HydroFlex
in a criss-cross pattern. Allow 2-4 hours drying time between layers.
Recoat with a premium UV moisture resistant topcoat i.e.
SoMat, PinAcle, Grit & Badgr.
